58 Ku-band transponders; replace the aging EUTELSAT 12 WEST B satellite to provide FSS services, including Ku-band connectivity for aeronautical and maritime earth stations in motion (“ESIMs”) in Europe, the Atlantic Ocean, the eastern United States and the Caribbean region. There is also Ka-band capacity available on this satellite.
