Satbeams KML Files Terms of Use:
1. Purpose of KML Files: The KML files provided by us are created from a combination of official and
unofficial sources and are intended for general informational purposes only. They are not intended for
use in critical / emergency applications where the accuracy and reliability of the data is essential.
2. Use at Your Own Risk & Limitation of Liability: In any case, the use of the KML files is at your own risk.
We shall not be responsible for any damages, losses, or other liabilities that may arise from the use of the
KML files. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible for any damages, losses, or other
liabilities that may arise from the use of the KML files. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct,
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, as well as loss of profits, data, or business
interruption.
3. No Warranty: The KML files are provided to you on an "as is" basis, without any representation or
warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding
the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the KML files.
4. Accuracy and precision: The KML files are not based on physical reception reports and may not
accurately reflect the actual conditions. For this reason, no guarantee of accuracy of the KML files is
provided and, therefore, they are not advised to be used exclusively or relied upon for navigation or any
other purpose requiring exact and precise measurements or assessments.
5. License: The KML files provided by Satbeams SPRL are licensed for internal use within the licensee's
company only. The license granted to you is non-transferable and is limited to use within your company
only. You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer the license to any other party.
6. Prohibited Uses: The licensee is not authorized to publish, resell, or copy the data contained in the KML
files to any third parties.
7. Internal Use Only: The KML files are intended for internal use within the licensee's company and may
not be used for commercial purposes or for any other use outside of the licensee's organization. The KML
data can be converted into different, including proprietary, formats and embedded it in your own
products, such as hardware and software, as long as the data is properly protected from unauthorized
copy and distribution.
8. Responsibility: The licensee assumes all risk associated with the use of the KML files, and Satbeams
SPRL shall not be responsible for any damages, losses, or other liabilities that may arise from the use of
the KML files.The KML files provided by us are licensed for internal use within your company only.Any
unauthorized use, including but not limited to publication, resale, or copying of the KML files, may result
in termination of the license and legal action.
9. Changes to Terms: Satbeams SPRL reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior
notice.

* Specific Terms of Use can be developed upon written request of interested parties and agreed by Satbeams
SPRL.
11. Copyright statement: When using the KML data in your products, you must include a clear copyright
statement and a reference to www.satbeams.com (Satbeams SPRL) as the source of the information.
12. Agreement to these Terms of Use: By accessing and using the KML files, you acknowledge and agree to
these terms of use.
